Migration Complete: Customers who successfully completed the onboarding process will have access to the new NCOA+ API v3.1.8. Customers who did not complete onboarding will not have access to the NCOA+ API. If you need access, please complete the following steps:
Go to the Business Portal
(https://cop.usps.com)
and begin the sign-up process: My Account > API Licenses > Add an NCOA+ API License
