Customers currently using Addresses API 3.2.3 must migrate to the enhanced Addresses API 3.3.1. The new release overhauls USPS address matching to deliver faster access to address updates and richer address details as summarized below. USPS previously announced a full launch date of July 12, 2026. To provide additional time for customer onboarding, access to the Addresses API 3.3.1 is now postponed until August 1, 2026. • Starting July 12, 2026: Customers who have not begun the onboarding process may experience service interruptions. Customers who complete and sign the license agreement will not be disrupted.
• August 1, 2026: Customers who complete and sign the license agreement will receive access to Addresses API 3.3.1.
